ABSTRACT
Background and aims: A 36-years-old man was admitted to the neurological department with complaints on severe drowsiness, sudden falling asleep, fatigue, unsteadiness when standing and walking, inability to speak and write intelligibly, increased body temperature and appetite. The first symptoms occurred 2 month before admission. To note, before the onset of the disease, patient felt a pain and dissension in the testes. Methods: There weren't any significant findings in neurological status, unless mild cognitive (MMSE - 20 points) and behavioral impairments.
